Batch Invoice Report
Generate invoices for a date range. Firings are grouped by potter, ready for Xero CSV export.
Xero Contact Matching
What this does: When you export invoices, the Contact Name on each invoice must match an existing contact in Xero. If a potter's name here doesn't match exactly (e.g. "Ben Taylor" here vs "Benjamin Taylor" in Xero), the invoice may create a duplicate contact or fail to import.
This page lets you link potter names to their correct Xero contact. Upload your contacts list from Xero and it will suggest the closest match for each potter. You can override any match using the dropdown.
How to get your contacts list: In Xero, go to Contacts → All Contacts → Export.

Treasurer PIN
Change the PIN used to access the Treasurer area.
Firing Rates
Set the price per cm³ for each firing type. Fee = height × width × depth × rate per cm³. A minimum fee applies per firing.

Data is stored on the server in a SQLite database. Export regularly for offsite backup.
